Organisations of various types all have compliance to meet regarding various checks. Managing working with children checks is a high priority in society today. Protecting children and your own organisation from people disqualified from this is paramount. An organisation includes employers, volunteer organisations, agencies and self-employed people involved in child-related work.
If your organisation has any association with children directly or indirectly you may need to have a register of your members, employees, or volunteers who have working with children’s cards.
You maybe a school and need to ensure your teaching staff, cleaners, office staff, regular delivery drivers, and even the volunteer mums and dads who generously give their time to read in class.
You may be an in home care provider who calls the homes of families, an employer with staff in a retail environment selling products to children, club or sporting group who counts on its volunteers to train or look after children.
Essentially if your organisation is associated with children you must have a register of the people associated with you and the details of their working with children card.
To keep the children in your care safe from harm, you must know that everyone with direct and unsupervised contact with children has a Working with Children Check, are attached to your organisation and when the check expires.

STRUCTURE IT YOUR WAY
Each organisation has a different structure. If you’re a school, it might be classes, a sporting club may be structured in teams. Either way We’ve Checked allows you to create your structure including a whole organisation.
When individuals attach their Working with Children Card to your organisation they also attach it to your structure. This may be multiple areas but you are now able to report on which parents can run the boundary for each team, or find out which parents can go on Grade One’s excursion to the zoo.
You create your structure and can amend it as much as you like. Also send emails to all those formerly attached to one area, but as the structure changes they can correct their involvement.
REPORTING
Understanding who has lodged their information and the status is an important thing in keeping updated. We’ve Checked allows your organisation to generate reports based on all facets of your registration.
This may be done by structure, individuals, valid cards, individuals yet to lodge or many more. We’ve Checked has a dedicated page for your organisation to get all the information you need.
SUBSCRIPTION
We’ve Checked is on a subscription basis. One payment per year or broken down into monthly installments. The subscription varies depending on the size of your organisation and payment can be made on a recurring basis.
Your subscription gives you access to a full management system, with reminder alerts and an email communication tool, and validation of all individuals. You can direct all your people to We’ve Checked and their cards will be validated by the We’ve Checked customer service team.
